Carbon Collective Panel Prep Surface Cleanser — 500 ml

Panel Prep is a non-abrasive, solvent-based surface cleanser for removing oils, waxes, polish residues, fillers and other unwanted contaminants before applying ceramic coatings or sealants. By leaving the surface clean and free from masking residues, it helps coatings and sealants form a stronger, more durable bond. The degreasing formula applies streak-free and can also be used as a panel wipe to inspect paintwork before and after polishing.

Suitable surfaces

Use on paint, metal, glass, wheels, tyres and plastic trim, including suitable interior and exterior trim. It can also help remove water spots and prepare surfaces for ceramic coating or sealant application.

Application

1. Work on a clean, cool surface in a well-ventilated area.
2. Remove the cap and attach a suitable spray trigger.
3. Spray the product onto a clean microfibre cloth from approximately 20–30 cm away; avoid flooding the surface.
4. Wipe the panel in straight, overlapping lines, turning to a clean side of the cloth as needed.
5. Inspect the surface for remaining oils, polish fillers or streaks and repeat if necessary.
6. Continue with the coating or sealant only when the surface is completely clean and dry.

Solvent-based product. Test compatibility on an inconspicuous area first and use suitable protective equipment.
