Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. Notify SIA ND Latvija within that period by submitting the return request form or by sending an unambiguous withdrawal statement using the contact details shown on this website. Send or hand over the goods no later than 14 days after notifying us.
Condition of returned goods
You may inspect the goods only to the extent that would be possible in a physical shop. You are responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond that necessary inspection. Return the goods securely packed and, where applicable, with their accessories and accompanying documentation.
Return costs and refunds
The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless the goods are defective, incorrect, or SIA ND Latvija has agreed otherwise. We refund all payments received for the returned purchase, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back. The refund is made using the original payment method and without a refund fee.
Exceptions and defective goods
The statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply where relevant. This policy does not limit the consumer’s legal rights if goods are defective or do not conform to the contract. The consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made for business or professional purposes.
What to include in a return request
Please provide the order number, your name and contact details, and identify the goods being returned. A reason is optional when exercising the 14-day right of withdrawal, but it can help us resolve the request faster.
