GYEON Q² FabricCoat

Q² FabricCoat is a SiO₂-based hydrophobic coating for automotive textile surfaces inside and outside the vehicle. It forms an invisible protective barrier that slows the penetration of liquids and dirt into the fibres, keeps the material breathable and does not change its natural look or feel. The coating helps prevent staining, makes routine care easier and protects fabric from UV-related fading.

Application

  1. Clean the textile thoroughly before application and allow it to dry completely.
  2. Spray the product evenly onto the fabric until the surface feels slightly damp.
  3. For better bonding, gently massage the product into the fibres with a soft brush or nitrile glove.
  4. Make sure the textile is saturated, but do not soak it or create an excessively thick layer.
  5. Allow the coating to cure fully for at least 12 hours in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

Avoid contact with water during curing. Work in a well-ventilated area and test the product on an inconspicuous part of the material before full treatment.
