Professional Polycarbonate Headlight Restoration Compound

Koch-Chemie Headlight Polish is a heavy-duty abrasive polish engineered specifically to restore yellowed, weather-worn, oxidised, and scratched polycarbonate headlight covers back to crystal-clear optical transparency. Used after wet-sanding steps to permanently eliminate plastic haze without leaving scratches.

Application Steps:

Mask around the headlight edges with detailing tape.
Wet-sand severely damaged headlights in stages (P1500, P2500, P4000).
Polish with Headlight Polish using a rotary or orbital machine with a heavy-cut foam pad until complete optical clarity is achieved.
Seal the restored lens with a dedicated UV protective sealant.
