About the product

SONAX PROFILINE Glass Polish is a chemical-mechanical glass polish containing cerium oxide. It is designed for light scratches, haze, etching and defective window coatings on windscreens and side windows made from glass. One 250 ml bottle.

How to use

Apply to a moistened felt pad and polish evenly with a rotary machine at approximately 600–1,000 rpm and about 5 kg pressure, using overlapping passes. Add water if the pad dries. Avoid prolonged work in one spot, excess pressure, hot glass and overheating. SONAX states that processing one windscreen takes at least 30 minutes and that chipped glass cannot be polished.

Safety

The current Latvian SONAX SDS (version 6.00, revised 16 December 2025) says the mixture is not classified as hazardous under CLP. Protect the product from frost.
