Menzerna Cut Force Pro — high-performance paint correction compound

Menzerna Cut Force Pro is a high-performance polishing compound for fast removal of scratches, sanding marks and heavy wear from automotive clear coats. It combines strong defect removal with a high-gloss finish; the manufacturer rates the cut/gloss balance at 9/9.

Application

1. Clean the surface thoroughly and make sure it is cool and dry.
2. Apply 3–7 pea-sized drops to the polishing pad or lambswool, depending on the pad diameter (approximately 95–180 mm).
3. With a rotary polisher, start at 800–1500 rpm and finish at 1800–2000 rpm. With an orbital polisher, work from the lower to the higher speed range.
4. Polish with the cross-coat method, applying firm, even pressure and a consistent low working speed.
5. Continue until the milky film becomes a slightly transparent/oily film, then remove residue with a clean microfiber towel.
6. For a higher-gloss second stage, repeat with Cut Force Pro or use a Menzerna finishing compound together with a Soft Cut Foam Pad.

Suitable surfaces

Automotive painted surfaces and clear coats requiring strong correction. The product is suitable for rotary and orbital polishing machines.
