Koch-Chemie Heavy Cut Foam Pad is an abrasive 25 mm foam pad for strong weathering and deep scratches with Heavy Cut. The dense foam, open-cell structure and milled edge support stability, control and contour conformity during machine polishing. Official sizes: Ø76 mm (9998310), Ø126 mm (9998311) and Ø150 mm (9998312).

Application

Select the diameter appropriate for the backing plate and correction area.
Use the pad with Heavy Cut and work the paint in a controlled pattern, keeping the machine stable on the surface.
Remove residue and inspect the correction before refining the finish with the next polishing step.
Clean and dry the pad after use according to the polishing-system instructions.
