GYEON Q²M Compound

Q²M Compound is a high-quality water-based polishing compound for heavy-duty paint correction. It removes deep scratches and severe paint defects quickly while producing relatively little dust and leaving a surprisingly clean finish for a high-cut product.

Properties

• high cutting power for neglected paintwork and sanding marks;
• water-based formula without silicones or fillers;
• fast abrasive breakdown and relatively low dust generation;
• suitable for dual-action and rotary polishers;
• the true correction result is visible without fillers masking defects.

Application

1. Wash and decontaminate the surface and make sure the paint is cool and dry.
2. Apply three to four drops to a coarse pad, such as a wool or heavy-cut foam pad.
3. Work an area of approximately 40 × 40 cm. Spread at low speed, then increase to medium or high speed.
4. Use even pressure and overlapping passes until the compound becomes transparent.
5. Wipe off the residue with a clean microfibre towel and inspect the result with Q²M Prep.
6. For a high-gloss finish, follow with a finer polish such as Q²M Polish.

Test the combination of pad and machine on a small area first. Protect adjacent trim and edges from unnecessary abrasion.
