About the product

MOTIP Zinc Spray 90% is a fast-drying grey matt zinc coating for galvanised and untreated steel. The dry film contains more than 90% zinc, provides cathodic corrosion protection and withstands petrol, chemicals, weathering and temperatures up to 350 °C.

Application

Treat galvanised and untreated steel, including prepared repair and workshop areas, where a zinc-rich anti-corrosion coating is required. The coating is suitable for spot-welding after the relevant preparation.

Instructions for use

Clean, degrease and sand the steel. Shake the aerosol for 2 minutes, test-spray and apply several thin layers from 25–30 cm. Respect drying time between layers, ventilate the work area and purge the valve after use.
