About the product

MOTIP Bitumen Undercoating is a flexible, sound-absorbing bitumen coating for vehicle underbodies. It resists weathering and weak acids and bases and helps protect prepared metal against rust.

Application

Use on the vehicle underbody and other prepared metal surfaces where a flexible bitumen barrier, corrosion protection and sound absorption are required.

Instructions for use

Remove loose coating and rust, sand and degrease the surface. Shake the aerosol for 2 minutes, test-spray at 25–30 cm and apply several thin layers. After use, turn the can upside down and purge the valve; drying depends on temperature, humidity and layer thickness.
