About the product

Menzerna Super Heavy Cut Compound 300 GREEN LINE is a high-performance VOC-free heavy-cut polish for modern automotive clear coats. It removes P1200 sanding marks and very deep scratches quickly, with diminishing abrasives that keep the surface workable towards the finish.

Application

Use it for the strongest correction stage on hard or heavily damaged clear coats. Choose a Heavy Cut Foam Pad or lambswool pad and follow with a Menzerna Finish polish when the surface requires a higher gloss.

Instructions for use

1. Clean the surface thoroughly before polishing.
2. Shake the bottle and apply 3–7 pea-sized drops to a suitable pad for a 40 × 40 cm area, depending on pad diameter.
3. Use a rotary or orbital polisher with the recommended foam or lambswool pad and work in a cross-coating pattern at low speed. Start with firm, even pressure and reduce pressure in the final cycles.
4. Work the compound until only a slightly transparent or oily film remains, then remove residue with a clean microfiber cloth.
5. Inspect the panel. Follow with a medium-cut or finish polish when a higher gloss or hologram-free finish is required.
