About the product

ZviZZer PC 5000 Pre Cut is a 250 ml very aggressive water-based compound for initial correction of deep scratches and P1500 sanding marks. It is a preparation stage, so a finer polishing step is required afterwards.

• Pre Cut / P1500 deep-scratch compound; 250 ml.
• Very aggressive water-based correction formula.
• For rotary and dual-action polishing with a compatible heavy-cut pad.

Application

1. Clean and dry the paint, select a compatible ZviZZer heavy-cut pad and make a small test spot.
2. Work a manageable section with a rotary or dual-action polisher using controlled pressure and speed until the sanding marks or deep defects are reduced.
3. Wipe residue with a clean microfiber and inspect the paint under suitable light; repeat only when necessary.
4. Follow with a finer correction or finishing stage to remove the cutting haze and refine the gloss; clean the pad regularly.

Important

Use the Pre Cut compound only for appropriate initial correction and avoid unnecessary clear-coat removal. A finer follow-up polish is required; test the pad-and-machine system first.
