ZviZZer HC 4000 Heavy Cut is a 250 ml water-based scratch-removal compound for removing P2000 sanding marks, deeper scratches and oxidation during professional paint correction. A finishing stage is recommended after heavy-cut work.

• Heavy Cut / P2000 scratch-removal compound; 250 ml.
• Water-based formula; silicone- and solvent-free.
• For rotary and dual-action polishing with a compatible pad; follow with finishing polish.

Application

1. Clean and dry the paint, select a compatible ZviZZer heavy-cut pad and make a small test spot before treating the full panel.
2. Use with a rotary or dual-action polisher and controlled pressure and speed; work a manageable section until the P2000 marks or defects are reduced.
3. Wipe the residue with a clean microfiber and inspect the panel under suitable light; repeat only as needed and avoid unnecessary clear-coat removal.
4. Follow with an appropriate fine-cut or finishing stage to refine the surface; clean the pad regularly and after use.

Important

Use the heavy-cut compound only for suitable paint-correction work and test the pad-and-machine system first. Do not expect a heavy-cut pass to be the final gloss stage; inspect the panel and refine it with a suitable finishing product.
