About the product

ZviZZer Thermo Allrounder PC (Blue) is a bonded two-material Thermo foam polishing pad rated ultra-hard. It is suitable for rotary and dual-action polishers.

Pad and backing-plate sizes

The selector names the backing-plate diameter. The matching pad diameter is larger; all three pads are 20 mm thick.

Application

Use the selected pad with a compatible backing plate and polishing compound.

1. Prepare and degrease the paint, select the backing plate and matching pad size, then make a test spot.
2. Secure the pad and work a controlled area with a compatible compound and polisher.
3. Wipe off residue and inspect the finish under suitable light.
4. Clean the pad during and after use; let it dry fully before storage.

Important

Use only a matching backing plate. Do not run the pad dry or contaminated, and avoid overheating the paint. Follow the polisher, plate and compound instructions.
