Application

1. Select a manufacturer-compatible backing plate and pad within the 123–148 mm and 150–180 mm ranges.
2. Spread the compound at a low speed, then increase speed only as required for the compound, pad and surface.
3. Work in controlled overlapping passes, keep the machine moving and remove residue before evaluating the finish.

Important

Use suitable PPE and inspect the pad, backing plate, cable and surface before work. Rotary polishing can generate heat and remove material quickly; use moderate pressure, monitor the surface and test an inconspicuous area first.
