Application

1. Choose a 30, 50 or 74 mm backing plate and a suitable pad; use pads in the suggested 40–80 mm range and never exceed the 100 mm maximum.
2. Secure the pad centrally, work on a clean dry surface and begin at a controlled speed suited to the compound and material.
3. Use the machine for spot polishing, remove residue with a suitable cloth and inspect the finish before moving to the next area.

Important

Use appropriate eye, hearing and respiratory protection for the process and product. Do not use pads larger than 100 mm. Check the pad, backing plate, cable and surface before use and follow the current machine and compound safety instructions.
