About the product

SONAX PROFILINE HybridCoating CC One is a single-stage Si-Carbon paint sealant. The manufacturer describes protection for up to 15 months, with enhanced colour depth and a smooth, dirt-repellent surface. One 50 ml set contains four applicator sponges for two applications.

Application

Use in a well-ventilated area at temperatures above +10°C; SONAX gives +20–30°C as the optimum. Do not apply to hot paint or allow the coating to dry before wiping. Apply a thin crosswise layer to an area of about 0.5 m², wait about 3–5 minutes, then buff evenly with a clean microfibre cloth. Let the coating cure for at least 4 hours in a clean, dry place. Do not wash the vehicle during the first 7 days; avoid highly alkaline cleaners.

Safety

The Latvian safety data sheet classifies the product as a flammable liquid and vapour (H226), an eye irritant (H319) and harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects (H412).
