RUPES D-A COARSE Polishing Compound, 250 ml

RUPES D-A COARSE is a high-performance cutting compound in a 250 ml bottle. It is optimized for dual-action random-orbital and gear-driven orbital polishers and for quick defect removal with a high-gloss finish. The manufacturer says it can remove 1500-grit sanding scratches from most automotive paint, gelcoat and similar materials when used with coarse pads.

Use

• Pair with compatible coarse foam, wool or microfiber pads. Blue wool or microfiber is recommended for maximum cutting; blue foam gives lighter cutting.
• Decontaminate the surface before polishing, clean pads frequently and do not over-saturate them. Follow the polisher and pad instructions.
• For mild defects, RUPES recommends D-A FINE instead.
• One 250 ml bottle; the separate 1 L and 5 L sizes are not included.

Safety

The attached RUPES EU SDS classifies the mixture as H412: harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects. Avoid release to the environment (P273) and dispose of contents and container according to applicable rules (P501). Contains an isothiazolinone reaction mass that may produce an allergic reaction.
