Tonyin Angel Shield TPU-L75 — clear-gloss paint protection film, 1.52 × 15 m

This is roll material of TPU paint-protection film for suitable painted automotive body panels. It is not a vehicle-specific pre-cut kit; fitment and coverage depend on the vehicle and installer.

Intended use

Use on suitable, sound automotive painted panels where protective film is appropriate. PPF is an applied protective layer, not paint or a repair product; roll dimensions do not imply a vehicle-specific precut kit or guaranteed vehicle coverage.

Compatibility and limitations

Use only on suitable, sound, fully cured painted vehicle panels. Compatibility depends on the paint system and surface condition; for fresh or refinished paint, bare plastic, glass or trim, obtain guidance before installation.

Installation

Professional installation by an experienced PPF installer is recommended. The steps below summarize general Angel Shield guidance; follow current instructions for the exact film and the installer's procedure.

1. Work indoors in a clean, dust-controlled 15–32°C space, away from direct sun. Wash, decontaminate as suitable, dry and carefully degrease the panel and edges; confirm the paint is sound and fully cured.
2. Use purified/distilled water and Tonyin-approved PPF gel. Tonyin's slip mix is 2–3 drops mild soap per 32 fl oz (about 946 ml) at 15–23°C, or 4–5 drops at 24–32°C. Tack solution: water:IPA 9:1; 8:2 is the maximum stronger mix stated in its guide.
3. Position with sufficient slip solution and keep dust out. Squeegee from centre outward with controlled, overlapping strokes. Stretch only as needed; avoid excess tension and overheating the film or edges.
4. Set edges only per current Tonyin/installer procedure. Before handover check for moisture pockets, lifted edges and contamination.

Aftercare

Wait at least 3 days before washing. Tonyin does not recommend pressure washers or car washes using them. If a pressure washer is used, keep its nozzle at least 45 cm from the film and do not direct the jet at exposed edges. After installation, keep the vehicle indoors for at least 12 hours before moving it outside; in below-freezing conditions Tonyin suggests considering overnight infrared heating. Follow the installer’s current care advice.
