CARPRO DQUARTZ Pro nano-diamond ceramic coating — 50 ml

DQUARTZ Pro is a functionalised nano-diamond ceramic coating based on a siloxane nano-diamond fusion and CARPRO’s proprietary silicon resin. The formula is designed for certified detailers and can be used as a standalone coating on automotive paint and metal. It can also serve as a high-performance base beneath CQUARTZ Professional.

The coating is engineered to increase surface hardness by up to five points on the pencil scale, improve resistance to abrasion, and provide strong hydrophobic, UV and chemical protection. The result is a deep gloss, easier maintenance and improved resistance to swirls, road contamination and environmental exposure.

Application

1. Work indoors or in a controlled shaded area on a cool, clean and completely dry vehicle.
2. Wash and decontaminate the surface, remove defects by polishing when required, then remove all polishing oils with the approved panel-preparation process.
3. Apply a thin, even layer to a small panel section with the approved applicator and work systematically across the vehicle.
4. Observe the coating’s flash and leveling behaviour in the actual working conditions. Remove residue evenly before it cures and inspect the panel under suitable lighting.
5. Allow the coating to cure according to the current professional application protocol. Protect the vehicle from moisture and contamination during the initial cure period.

Suitable surfaces

Automotive clear coat and other suitable painted surfaces, as well as metal. Use on additional substrates only when the professional protocol for that substrate explicitly permits it. DQUARTZ Pro is intended for trained and certified detailers; the installer must assess the surface, conditions and curing process before application.
