GYEON Q² Tire

Q² Tire is a SiO₂-based ceramic coating for tyres. Unlike conventional tyre dressings that remain only on the surface, it penetrates the rubber structure and forms a durable chemical bond. This helps tyres retain a clean appearance for longer while improving resistance to water, dirt and UV radiation.

The coating creates a satin-matte to glossy look depending on the surface and the amount applied. Its water-repellent effect reduces dirt adhesion, while the treatment remains visible even after repeated washing.

Application

1. Clean the tyres thoroughly with a suitable tyre cleaner and rinse.
2. Allow the rubber to dry completely. A clean, dry surface is essential for good bonding.
3. Apply a small amount of Q² Tire to an applicator and spread it evenly over the tyre sidewall.
4. If necessary, level any excess after a short absorption time to prevent uneven patches.
5. To extend durability, the sidewall may be gently warmed with a heat gun before application; this helps open the rubber micropores.

Do not apply to the tread, brake discs, brake pads or any surface where a slippery film could reduce safety. Test the result on a small inconspicuous area before treating the full set.
