About the product

Menzerna AS 30 is a cost-effective abrasive polishing cream for heavy wear, spray mist and grinding marks. The water-containing, silicone-free formula is particularly suitable for soft, fresh paintwork and gelcoat surfaces.

Application

Use it for heavy-cut work on automotive paint or gelcoat. It is intended for rotary polishing with a lambswool or Heavy Cut pad; for easier spreading, the manufacturer allows dilution with water or approximately 10% glycerine.

Instructions for use

1. Clean the surface thoroughly before polishing.
2. Shake the bottle and apply 3–7 pea-sized drops to a suitable pad for a 40 × 40 cm area, depending on pad diameter.
3. Use a rotary or orbital polisher with the recommended foam or lambswool pad and work in a cross-coating pattern at low speed. Start with firm, even pressure and reduce pressure in the final cycles.
4. Work the compound until only a slightly transparent or oily film remains, then remove residue with a clean microfiber cloth.
5. Inspect the panel. Follow with a medium-cut or finish polish when a higher gloss or hologram-free finish is required.
