About the product

Menzerna AS 30 is an economical abrasive cream compound for heavily weathered surfaces, overspray and sanding marks. It can be used for coarse polishing of suitable automotive paint or gelcoat with compatible equipment.

• Cut/gloss rating 10/3.
• Rotary work at approximately 800–1500 rpm; suitable for P1200/P1500 correction according to the product sheet.

Application

1. Clean and inspect the surface and choose the appropriate hard pad.
2. Work a small area with controlled speed and pressure, following the selected correction process.
3. Remove residue and refine the surface with a suitable finishing stage.

Important

Test the surface and pad combination first. Follow the product sheet for dilution, machine speed and storage; do not use on unsuitable or unstable coatings.
