Koch-Chemie Twisted Wool Pad is a twisted-wool polishing pad family for high-cut machine polishing.

Confirmed specification

• Existing variants: 80 × 25 mm, article 9998276, and 126 × 25 mm, article 9998277.
• Twisted-wool construction for high cut on suitable paint systems.
• Use with a compatible compound and follow with the finishing step required by the paint.

Application

1. Choose the size variant for the panel and fit the pad securely.
2. Apply a suitable compound and work a small section with controlled machine speed and pressure.
3. Clean the pad, inspect the correction and finish the surface with the required finer system.

Test the pad and compound on a small area. Avoid overheating, excessive pressure and use on unsuitable or damaged surfaces.
