About the product

Koch-Chemie PreWash express is a highly concentrated, phosphate-free high-alkaline pre-cleaner for cars, commercial vehicles and construction machines. It is intended for fast exterior precleaning and for suitable steel rims, painted alkali-resistant aluminium and washing-bay floors or walls.

• Precleaning 1:30–1:100; rim cleaning 1:4–1:20; washing-bay cleaning 1:2–1:15.
• VDA class B: maximum 1 minute at 1:100; apply over the complete surface and pressure-rinse.

Application

1. Dilute the product according to the contamination and apply evenly over the surface.
2. Keep the dwell time short and within the VDA limit.
3. Pressure-rinse thoroughly before drying.

Important

Do not use on hot surfaces or let the product dry. Test sensitive materials first and observe site wastewater requirements.
