About the product

Koch-Chemie Vorreiniger B is a highly concentrated, phosphate-free alkaline pre-cleaner for cars and trucks. It removes insects, road film, grease and rim dirt and can also be used for copolymer dewaxing and in biological service-water systems when the documented dilution and VDA limits are followed.

• Use 1:30–1:50 for vehicle pre-cleaning, 1:3–1:10 for rims, 1:5–1:10 for copolymer dewaxing and 1:300 in self-service use.
• High-foaming, phosphate-free alkaline formulation for cars, trucks, construction machines and suitable rims.

Application

1. Dilute according to the task and spray over the complete surface.
2. Allow a short dwell without letting the cleaner dry.
3. Pressure-rinse thoroughly; observe VDA class A/B maximum dwell limits and the site’s wastewater requirements.

Important

Do not use on hot surfaces or allow to dry. VDA limits are maximum 5 minutes at 1:300 for class A and 1 minute at 1:30 for class B; check compatibility and local wastewater rules.
