About the product

Koch-Chemie ProtectorWax is a protective wax for rollover and tunnel wash systems, self-service car washes and foam guns. It can be applied through a dosing pump or manually to a clean, still-wet vehicle, then rinsed thoroughly to avoid stains.

Confirmed specification

• Official product: ProtectorWax; manufacturer article 319010; current card package 10 l.
• Recommended system dosing: hot/cold or foam wax 13–19 ml/car; premium wax 16–23 ml/car.
• Manual method: approximately 30 ml in 1 l water; VDA class A.

Application

1. For system use apply undiluted or up to 1:2 through a dosing pump and adjust to the installation.
2. For manual use dilute approximately 30 ml in 1 l water, apply to a clean wet vehicle with a foam sprayer or pump dispenser.
3. Rinse thoroughly with a pressure washer, pat dry residual water and mix only the amount needed for one application.

Important

Protect against frost and excessive heat. Do not store a manually prepared solution and check suitability before use.
