About the product

Koch-Chemie Vorreiniger B is a concentrated alkaline precleaner for loosening insects, bird droppings, environmental and rim dirt. Complexing agents and surfactants support fast cleaning, while corrosion inhibitors improve compatibility with sensitive components such as anodised aluminium. It is also suitable for copolymer dewaxing and biological service-water systems.

• Phosphate-free, alkaline and high foaming; VDA class A and B limits are specified by the manufacturer.
• Suitable for cars, commercial vehicles, construction machines, steel rims and alkali-resistant painted aluminium rims.

Application

1. For precleaning dilute 1:30–1:50; for rims use 1:3–1:10; for copolymer dewaxing use 1:5–1:10; for self-service high-pressure washing use up to 1:300.
2. Apply over the surface, allow a short reaction time and rinse thoroughly with a high-pressure cleaner.
3. Respect VDA limits: class A maximum reaction time 5 minutes and concentration 1:300; class B maximum 1 minute and concentration 1:30.

Important

Do not use on hot surfaces or allow the product to dry. Check suitability and compatibility before use.
