Natural-wool pad for the heavy cutting stage

Tonyin TP04 is a professional coarse polishing pad made from 100% natural wool. The wool fibres deliver strong cutting action for removing pronounced swirl marks, oxidation, water spots and deeper paint defects.

Design

• 100% natural wool;
• coarse, heavy-cut performance;
• centre hole for accurate alignment and cooling;
• hook-and-loop backing for quick pad changes;
• intended for dual-action polishers.

Use

1. Select the pad that matches the backing plate and centre it securely.
2. Apply a suitable cutting compound without over-saturating the fibres.
3. Work a controlled section with moderate pressure and a suitable machine speed.
4. Clean the wool frequently to maintain a consistent cut.
5. Inspect the surface and refine with a finer pad and polish if required.

Test the pad, compound and machine combination on a small area first. One pad per package.
