CARPRO IronX – Iron Fallout and Brake Dust Remover, 4 L

CARPRO IronX is a professional chemical decontamination product designed to remove embedded iron particles, brake dust and ferrous fallout from automotive exterior surfaces.

During regular driving, tiny metallic particles from brakes, railways and environmental sources settle on paintwork and wheels. These contaminants can become embedded in surfaces and contribute to rust spotting over time.

IronX chemically reacts with iron particles to form water-soluble complexes that can be rinsed away. Its distinctive purple-red color change indicates where ferrous contamination is being dissolved.

The acid-free, pH-balanced formula is suitable for automotive paintwork, alloy wheels, glass, plastics and chrome when used as directed.

CARPRO IronX is particularly useful for preparing paintwork before polishing, waxing, sealing or applying a ceramic coating.

Directions for use

1. Wash the surface and ensure it is cool.

2. Shake the bottle and spray IronX onto the contaminated area.

3. Allow 3–5 minutes for the purple-red reaction. Do not allow the product to dry.

4. If necessary, gently agitate with a damp soft sponge or suitable brush.

5. Rinse thoroughly with water.

Precautions

Do not apply to hot surfaces or in direct sunlight. Avoid anodized surfaces and unknown aftermarket finishes. Always test on an inconspicuous area first. Use in a well-ventilated area and wear appropriate protective equipment.
