SONAX XTREME Upholstery+Alcantara Cleaner, 400 ml

About the product

SONAX XTREME Upholstery+Alcantara Cleaner is a foaming 400 ml aerosol for vehicle interior textiles, including seats, upholstery, panels, roof lining, carpets and sensitive Alcantara. Its odour neutraliser addresses smells such as smoke, animal odours and spilled milk. The manufacturer lists a separate 500 ml propellant-free version; this offer is the 400 ml aerosol article.

How to use

Vacuum loose dirt, shake the can and test colour fastness in an inconspicuous area. Moisten the soiled surface with a damp upholstery microfibre cloth, apply foam and work it with the SONAX textile/leather brush or cloth. To avoid differences in colour or brightness, treat the complete surface, such as the whole seat. Leave for 5–10 minutes, work over again, then wipe away released dirt with a clean, rinsed damp cloth. Repeat if needed.

Limits and safety

Protect from frost. The Latvian SONAX SDS (version 10.00, 2 December 2025) classifies the aerosol as highly flammable (H222); its pressurised container may burst when heated (H229). It also states EUH208: contains dipentene and may cause an allergic reaction. Keep away from heat and ignition sources, do not puncture or burn the can, and use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
