Backing plate for Tonyin DA15 and DA21 polishers

This backing plate holds a compatible polishing pad on Tonyin DA15 and DA21 dual-action polishers. Select the diameter that matches the pad and the setup recommended for your machine.

Design

• Hook-and-loop face for attaching compatible pads;
• lightweight construction for easier manoeuvring;
• reticulated edge profile designed to help remove pads quickly without damaging or tearing them.

How to fit and use

1. Check that the selected diameter matches your polishing pad and that the plate is intended for your DA15 or DA21.
2. With the polisher switched off, fit the backing plate as described in the machine manual.
3. Centre a compatible pad on the hook-and-loop face and press it evenly into place.
4. Before switching on, check that the plate and pad are securely and evenly fitted.
5. Polish in accordance with the instructions for the polisher and pad. Switch off and disconnect the machine before removing or changing the pad.

Choose the correct size before ordering: TP45A is 5″ and TP45B is 6″.
