Restore cloudy plastic headlights with a wipe-on coating

Tonyin Headlight Renovation Kit (TD13) is the durable-ECO, wipe-on system for oxidized, cloudy or yellowed plastic headlight lenses. The 20 ml coating is used after surface preparation; this is a different application system from the heated-vapor TD12 kit.

What is in the box

• 20 ml headlight coating
• Sanding block and five papers: P180, P400, P600, P1000 and P1500
• Coating applicator and two black nitrile gloves

How to use

1. Wash the lens. Wet-sand the entire surface evenly, progressing through the supplied grits; Tonyin's guide gives three passes at P180 and two passes at each finer grit.
2. Rinse away residue and dry the lens thoroughly. Do not apply the coating over a wet or dusty surface.
3. Load the applicator with coating and spread it horizontally in even strokes. Apply another layer only if needed.
4. Do not wipe the coating off. Let it level and dry naturally; the regional product guide gives an approximate 30-minute cure time.

Designed for plastic headlight lenses. Follow the package directions and use the supplied gloves. Do not confuse this wipe-on kit with vaporizer liquids sold under other Tonyin codes.
