Flexible pneumatic gun for engine-bay cleaning

Tonyin TT05 reaches corners, seams and recesses in the engine bay. It has a flexible hose, a nozzle that rotates 360° and a valve to control the air and fine mist of cleaning fluid. The body is aluminium alloy with a baked-lacquer finish; operating pressure is 90 PSI. The tool includes a fluid reservoir; cleaning chemical and compressed-air supply are selected separately.

How to use

1. Switch off the vehicle and let the engine bay cool completely. Follow vehicle guidance and protect electrical components, air intakes and sensitive areas from liquid.
2. Choose a cleaner suitable for the surfaces, read its label and safety data sheet, and fill the reservoir only as directed. Do not mix products.
3. Connect securely to a compatible regulated air supply. Set the pressure to 90 PSI and check the fitting and valve. Do not exceed the safe rating of any component.
4. Use the flexible hose and rotating nozzle to reach the area. Adjust the valve and apply only the needed mist. Avoid exposed electrical connections and openings; use eye protection, ventilation and the PPE required by the cleaner.
5. Release air pressure before disconnecting. Empty and rinse the reservoir and fluid path according to the tool and cleaner instructions; do not leave chemical residue inside.
