The current V4 2025 HEX Nano is a cordless mini polisher for correction and finishing in areas that are difficult to reach with a standard machine or by hand. It switches between dual-action and rotary operation and accepts 1.5″ and 2″ backing plates. The kit includes two batteries so one can charge while the other is in use, plus the accessories required for compact polishing work.

Application

Use the 1.5″ or 2″ backing plate for spot correction on mirrors, pillars, wheels, headlights, door shuts and other confined areas. Select dual-action mode for controlled correction and rotary mode only with the compatible rotary or cone attachment. Start at a low speed, use a suitable compound and pad, keep the pad flat and inspect the result frequently. Clean pads regularly and avoid excessive pressure or heat build-up on thin paint and plastic parts.
