Carbon Collective SHIFT Intensive Cleaner — 500 ml

SHIFT is a ready-to-use intensive cleaner developed primarily for glue and tar removal, but also effective against tyre rubber, old dressings, wheel-weight adhesive, underseal, Waxoyl, engine grease, oil build-up and track-rubber deposits. It is intended for difficult bonded or built-up contamination that a normal shampoo cannot remove.

Tar and road film

Spray directly onto the deposit and allow it to dwell for a few seconds until a brown liquid begins to run from the tar. Wipe with a clean microfibre and repeat if necessary.

Tyres and rubber build-up

Saturate a dedicated microfibre cloth, rub the tyre sidewall and reapply until old dressing, tyre soap and grime have been removed. Rinse the surface with water afterwards.

Wheel-weight adhesive

Spray onto the surface. First remove foam backing material with a squeegee or plastic blade, then reapply SHIFT and wipe away the exposed glue residue with a microfibre.

Engine grease and underseal

For engine-bay grease, spray directly onto the contamination, allow 1–2 minutes of dwell time, agitate with a stiff brush if needed and rinse thoroughly. For Waxoyl or underseal, spray and wipe repeatedly until the desired result is reached.

Safety and compatibility

Use gloves, test an inconspicuous area first and reserve a dedicated towel for this solvent cleaner. Do not use on headlights or plastics. Do not allow the product to dry unnecessarily, keep away from children and do not ingest.
