Carbon Collective Nero Self-Healing Ceramic Coating PRO RANGE — 30 ml kit

Nero is a diamond-infused self-healing ceramic coating for PPF, vinyl-wrapped and painted finishes. It forms a highly hydrophobic active layer that enhances gloss and protects against chemicals, bird droppings and UV exposure, while light swirls, marring and minor scratches can be reduced by heating the surface.

• Suitable for gloss, satin and matt surfaces
• 3.5H hardness and high active content
• Water-repellency angle up to 110°; draining angle as low as 17°
• Minimum five-year durability as a standalone coating
• Up to seven years and increased scratch resistance when used over Molecule 9H

30 ml bottle of Nero Self-Healing Ceramic Coating, four 75 mm microfibre applicators and foil packaging with instructions.

Application and self-healing

1. Prepare the surface thoroughly: wash, decontaminate, polish where required and remove oils with a suitable panel cleanser.
2. Apply a small amount to an applicator and work one small section at a time using a crosshatch pattern.
3. Level and remove excess while it remains workable, then inspect the panel for high spots under suitable lighting.
4. After curing according to the supplied instructions, light swirls and marring can be reduced by carefully heating the coated surface; do not overheat or concentrate heat in one spot.
