Carbon Collective Scrub Guard Mitt Grit Guard — Clear Dark Teal

Scrub Guard creates an internal washboard inside a bucket. Unlike a flat grit guard, its angled ergonomic surface lets you scrub a wash mitt or pad against it between sections, releasing dirt before the mitt returns to the paint.

How it works

• Tapered hexagonal tunnels filter grit, stones and dirt to the bottom of the bucket.
• The curved washboard surface removes debris from a mitt or pad.
• The guard can also be removed and used as an external washboard while rinsing.
• Designed for smooth-sided tapered 13 l and 20 l buckets; also fits the dedicated 13 l wheel bucket.

Application

Push the guard firmly into the bucket, fill with water and add shampoo. Use it in the wash or rinse bucket. Agitate the mitt against the inner surface between panels so dirt is separated from the wash solution before returning to the vehicle. Remove the guard when rinsing or drying the mitt. It is especially useful with rinseless washing techniques.
